MSI Fights Back on the State's Motion to Dismiss MSI's HQL lawsuit. Today, MSI and the other plaintiffs filed their Opposition to the State's motion to dismiss filed in federal district court.

The Opposition points out that the State's motion is both procedurally improper and substantively wrong in their legal arguments. The State has a right to file a reply brief, after which time the Court may conduct a hearing. Stay tuned for further developments.
