Suzanna Gratia Hupp Returns to Maryland November 6

Thanks to several members for the information on Suzanna's visit.

Many of you know the story of Suzanna Gratia Hupp, the Texas resident who was having lunch at Luby's in Killeen when a gun man crashed his truck into the restaurant and started shooting.  In accordance with Texas law at the time, she had left her firearm in her vehicle and was unable to defend her family and, subsequently, both of her parents were killed in front of her.  Ms. Hupp went on to be a spokesperson for the right to self-defense and has become one of our best representatives for our issue.

You will also remember that Suzanna came to Maryland at MSI's invitation to speak before the General Assembly resulting in the now-famous "they're nuts" statement from Senator Brian Frosh in response to her MSI-sponsored press conference.

Suzanna will be speaking at 7:00pm on November 6th at the Institute on the Constitution at 8028 Ritchie Highway in Pasadena.  You must call to reserve a seat at 1-866-730-9796.  It will also be streamed live for those that can not make the lecture in person.
